ViewCue is an interactive video quiz platform for educational use.

Users are responsible for their account credentials and activity. Teachers are responsible for managing their classes and students appropriately.

ViewCue is for legitimate educational purposes. Users must not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or upload unlawful content.

Teachers are responsible for the third-party video content (e.g. YouTube videos) they use and must have the right to use it. Teachers retain ownership of the questions and assignments they create; ViewCue retains ownership of the platform itself.

AI-generated questions are provided as a starting point and may contain errors. Teachers should review them before use. ViewCue does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

The service relies on third parties (such as YouTube). We are not responsible for their availability or content.

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, ViewCue is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
